The Asia-Pacific Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition 2025 is coming to ICC Sydney on 20–21 November, and potential attendees are being encouraged to secure their delegate passes now before tickets sell out.

The event is delivered in partnership with the Australian Hydrogen Council and supported by Austrade and the NSW Government. The summit brings together government, industry and research partners from across the hydrogen supply chain to explore what’s next for production, infrastructure and trade.

A platform for project collaboration

More than 3,000 attendees and 700 delegates from over 40 countries are expected to attend, alongside 150+ exhibitors and 130 speakers. Across two days, the program will explore how hydrogen is moving into commercial deployment through sessions on:

  • Investment, project financing and policy updates across the Asia-Pacific region
  • Hydrogen production technologies and carrier development, including ammonia and methanol
  • Infrastructure, transport and storage logistics
  • Certification, regulation and market access
  • Applications in transport, heavy industry and energy use

For those focusing on technology and innovation, the H2 Tech Series offers a free-to-attend stream on the exhibition floor, where solution providers will share technical insights and real-world applications.

National and state backing

Federal Minister for Climate Change and Energy Chris Bowen said the event comes at a time of rapid growth in Australia’s hydrogen pipeline.

“Australia’s green hydrogen pipeline is alive and healthy. Australia is ready for the world’s top hydrogen investors, and our governments are committed to working together.”
