As part of a capability tour of the Hunter’s existing and potential export markets, NewH2 hosted a roundtable briefing at the Newcastle Institute for Energy and Resources on Monday 1st November. Highlighting the capabilities and opportunities in the region, the briefing showcased the current research and development capabilities at NIER with a focus on market-ready and proof of concept hydrogen research and technologies such as the Hydro Harvester and Green Hydrogen capabilities.
NewH2 also participated in a tour of the Port of Newcastle with the delegation exploring the holdings and capabilities of the Port. These connections provide significant international connections and emerging opportunities for the region.
