Our mining infrastructure projects have been the mainstay of the business, encompassing a wide range of integrated project elements including major electrical, road and civil works, water supply, treatment and dewatering, dams, mechanical, and process facets in critical WHS and operational environments.
Many of our team have been involved in Government projects, and we understand the intricacies around Contractual, Procurement, Probity, Public Interest, Delegation of Authority and Value For Money requirements.
As a boutique, NSW based, and wholly locally owned firm, MetricPCM have the flexibility to quickly respond to Client requests for Project Management support and provide specialist additional resources should they be required. MetricPCM’s current team of 22 direct and contract staff are spread between our Newcastle base and sites across the State.
We have a strong mix of professionals with a large proportion stemming from hands-on site backgrounds, along with tertiary educated Engineers, Project Managers, Construction and Contract experts. The teams’ collective experience covers all aspects of project planning, delivery, commissioning and operation. Expert practical advice can be sourced quickly and easily to improve project performance and manage risks effectively.
