What is FLIP?

FLIP is here to ensure that women’s talents and ideas are fully leveraged in our regional entrepreneurial ecosystem. This specialised 10-week cohort-based program is designed specifically for women entrepreneurs, innovators, and aspiring leaders in the Hunter and Central Coast regions, providing a safe and supportive space to develop essential business validation skills and build authentic leadership presence.

Over the course of this program, participants will experience hands-on learning and high-quality support including:

• A Supportive Community: Join a powerful network of like-minded women creating valuable peer support that extends beyond the program
• Expert Mentorship: Our carefully selected coaches and facillitators understand the nuanced challenges faced by female leaders and founders
